In his recent address, Minister of Foreign Affairs Comrade Tanaka Ryuzo defined the key principles that will guide Qinda’s external relations in the coming years. According to him, the Republic is entering a new era of international engagement – based on balance, cooperation, and mutual respect.
Qinda wants to build strong and peaceful relations with other countries, especially those that share the same values.
The Minister explained that international problems can’t be solved alone – countries must work together to protect peace and improve life for all people.
The Ministry believes that diplomacy should be friendly, honest, and open to everyone.
