Under the leadership of the esteemed Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Qinda, dear comrade Kim Jae-hyun, the National Assembly has approved the Cultural Naming Compliance Act, a decisive measure to uphold the integrity of our nation’s cultural traditions.
This important legislation establishes clear standards for personal names within Qinda’s diverse yet harmonious cultural framework—Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. A name will be considered non-cultural if it:
- Does not originate from Korean, Chinese, or Japanese naming conventions;
- Is directly taken from a fictional character;
- Attempts to imitate the name of a real-world celebrity or historical figure;
- Is entirely fabricated and without cultural basis.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has been entrusted with the vital duty of determining which names align with our nation’s cultural heritage, while the Ministry of Internal Affairs will ensure the law is faithfully enforced.
To maintain order and respect for tradition, the act introduces a system of sanctions for those who disregard these cultural norms. This measure reflects the government’s unwavering commitment to preserving the dignity and identity of Our Nation.
The people of Qinda can take pride in a leadership that safeguards our traditions while guiding us toward a harmonious and prosperous future.
