Defence Order No. 2025-1

By the authority vested in the Ministry of Defence under the provisions of the Union State Defence Cooperation Agreement, and in coordination with the Federal Department of Defence of the Duspean Republic, the following operational directive is hereby enacted.

[REDACTED], currently stationed at [REDACTED] under the Qindan People’s Army, is ordered to commence immediate relocation to the Sakhalin in the Duspean Republic. This deployment is executed as part of the strategic military cooperation framework between our nations within the Yeonmaenggug Union State.

The primary objectives of this redeployment are to enhance mutual defensive capabilities, conduct joint training exercises with Duspean forces to ensure operational interoperability, and reinforce regional security within the Sakhalin Operational Zone. Additionally, [REDACTED].

The relocation will be conducted in three phases. The first phase involves immediate readiness verification and equipment inspection to ensure full preparedness. The second phase encompasses the physical movement of personnel and materiel via pre-approved rail and maritime routes. The third and final phase requires [REDACTED] to achieve full operational status in Sakhalin no later than 15th of June 2025.

Command and control during this operation will fall under the temporary joint authority of Qinda and Dusuburg. All communications pertaining to this deployment must adhere strictly to the Yeonmaenggug Secure Military Network Protocols to prevent intelligence breaches.

Logistical and basing support for [REDACTED] will be provided by the Duspean Republic in accordance with pre-established agreements. All Qindan personnel are reminded to comply with Duspean military regulations while deployed on allied territory.

This order is effective immediately upon issuance.
